It is a synergistic compound cosmetic preservative.
Powder type: Diazolidinyl Urea + IPBC.
Liquid type: Propylene Glycol (and) Diazolidinyl Urea (and) IPBC.

Physical & Chemical Properties

Appearance: White free-flowing hygroscopic powder / pale yellow transparent liquid
Odor: Slight characteristic odor
Solubility: Powder soluble in water; liquid miscible with water and glycols
Applicable pH range: 3.0 – 8.0
Suggested adding temperature: Below 50℃, add in cooling phase

Application

• Skincare: cream, lotion, serum, gel, facial mask
• Hair care: shampoo, conditioner, hair treatment
• Wash-off products: body wash, facial cleanser
• Other: wet wipes, water-based cosmetic formulations Suitable for both leave-on and rinse-off cosmetic products.

Recommended Dosage

Normal dosage: 0.1% - 0.5% based on total formula. Start with low concentration and adjust according to preservation challenge.
