BTMS-50 is a cationic conditioning emulsifier blend mainly containing Behentrimonium Methosylate and Cetyl Alcohol. It appears as off-white waxy solid flakes. This ingredient combines emulsifying and hair conditioning functions in one. It deposits gently onto hair cuticles to reduce static, ease tangles and bring silky smooth touch. Compared with traditional quaternary ammonium salts, BTMS-50 is milder and less irritating. It will not create heavy build-up on hair. It is a preferred raw material for making premium hair care formulations.
