Ammonium thioglycolate, also known as ATG or perm salt, is thioglycolic acid ammonium salt.
It is a powerful reducing agent widely used in hair cosmetic formulations.
It breaks disulfide bonds inside hair keratin to restructure hair texture.
After neutralization, hair can keep new curly or straight shape steadily.
We supply liquid grades with 50%, 60%, 70% active content for selection.

Recommended Dosage

• Perm product: Max 8% active TGA following cosmetic regulations.
• Depilatory formulation: Control within 5% active content.
• Strictly adjust pH value between 7.0 – 9.5 during production.
• Wear protective equipment when handling this raw material.
